Job summary

Binance in Dubai seeks an experienced Treasury/Finance professional to manage daily reconciliations, deposits/withdrawals, and cash forecasting within a global blockchain ecosystem. The role requires coordinating with overseas partners and ensuring accurate data across Treasury systems.

You will lead risk assessment, cash management, and onboarding of bank accounts while supporting intercompany settlements and crypto post-trade activities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, or related majors.
• 5-10 years in trading, third-party payment clearing and settlement in commercial banks.
• Keen sense of risk and ability to identify risks.
• Strong logical analysis, communication and teamwork skills.
• Based in Dubai with bilingual English/Arabic for overseas coordination.

Responsibilities

• According to online banking details, perform daily reconciliations of system deposits and withdrawals.
• Track and process the status of system deposit and withdrawal transactions.
• Daily interface with customer service to address funding issues.
• Adjust and process incorrect currency deposits by customers.
• Cooperate with distribution and processing of markets and other activities.
• Compile statistics and daily operation data, and manage reporting.
• Prepare short-term cash forecasts and manage daily cash in liquidity structures.
• Support intercompany loans and settlements including accrued interest.
• Onboard new bank accounts and manage online banking signatories.
• Collaborate with Treasury Managers on systems and payment product implementations.
• Maintain timely transactional data in Accounting and Treasury Management System.
• Draft asset reconciliation reports and daily crypto post-trade settlements.
• Oversee cold wallet operations, wallet creation, and device safekeeping.
