Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Senior Manager - Transport Management for a leading UAE construction and contracting company. You will oversee the entire fleet and bus transport operations, lead large teams, and drive efficiency across multiple project sites.

The role requires extensive experience in bus transport for a large workforce, strong leadership, crisis management, and expert knowledge of UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 15+ years progressive experience in transport and fleet management, with bus transport experience for large workforces.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE traffic laws and RTA regulations.
• Strong crisis management, safety, and budget control capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and manage the transport and fleet department, including supervisors, drivers, and maintenance staff.
• Oversee daily mobilization of the workforce and safe transportation to project sites across the UAE.
• Develop and implement strategic transport plans to optimize routes and reduce costs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the bus fleet including maintenance, incident management, registrations, and insurance.
• Ensure 100% compliance with UAE traffic laws, RTA regulations, and safety protocols.
• Monitor transport KPIs and implement corrective actions.
