Qualifications

• Masters Degree or Equivalent Level.
• General Experience: Wide and deep experience (over 10 to 15 years).
• Managerial Experience: Supervising and directing people and other resources (13 months to 3 years).
• Need for Achievement: A tendency to work intensely to achieve and exceed difficult standards.
• Focus: Preference for organization procedure and exactitude.
• Persistence: Pursuit of long-term goals amidst obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Recommend changes to policies, processes, standards and practices to improve operational support.
• Identify emerging issues or needs and stakeholder implications.
• Evaluate complex, expertise-led solutions against multiple criteria.
• Identify and implement improvements while delivering projects within change management programs.
• Manage knowledge management system with guidance from seniors.
• Elicit complex business requirements using interviews, documents, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Conduct feasibility studies and document cost-benefit analyses.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate SLAs.
• Develop and apply policy procedures for area of expertise.
• Analyze and amend product and solution development with guidance from seniors.
• Manage a portfolio of projects and report to senior colleagues.
• Oversee important client relationships or manage a group of transactional clients.
