Job summary

Tanqeeb, a specialist transfer pricing and international tax advisory firm serving multinational groups across the GCC and beyond, seeks a strong Transfer Pricing Senior Consultant / Assistant Manager to join our Dubai team and lead defined workstreams within complex engagements.

This hands‑on role requires solid technical grounding, excellent execution skills, and the ability to own workstreams, supervise juniors, and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of focused transfer pricing experience.
• Strong knowledge of OECD transfer pricing principles.
• Ability to independently execute substantial parts of a transfer pricing engagement.
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills.
• Strong project-management and organisational skills.
• Comfort in client interviews and direct client interactions.
• High attention to detail and ownership.
• English fluency; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of defined TP workstreams from planning through delivery with senior oversight.
• Perform analyses and translate findings into clear conclusions.
• Prepare and review TP documentation, benchmarking analyses, and advisory deliverables.
• Work independently, identify issues, and elevate where needed.
• Participate in client interviews and meetings with preparation and follow-up actions.
• Review work of junior team members and coordinate deliverables to deadlines.
• Maintain strong client and team relationships and contribute to business development.
