Job summary

Grant Thornton UAE recruits a Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager to lead Transfer Pricing engagements and advise on tax-efficient strategies. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, documentation, and cross-border project delivery in a dynamic professional services environment.

You will interact with clients, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and contribute to knowledge initiatives while coaching junior staff in a high-growth firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional qualification (CA, CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a plus.
• 4+ years of related work experience in Transfer Pricing.
• Strong understanding of international tax principles and Transfer Pricing regulations, including OECD Guidelines, BEPS actions and Middle East rules.
• Excellent technical, analytical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic speaking is advantageous.
• Initiative to solve routine problems and analyze data from diverse sources.
• Proficient in Microsoft packages and technology.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactiveness across teams.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in developing Transfer Pricing policies and strategies aligned with industry practice.
• Supporting in the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation: Master File, Local File, and CbCR with UAE regulations.
• Assisting with transfer pricing analyses, comparability and benchmarking studies.
• Participating in supply chain and restructuring projects and advising on tax-efficient operating models.
• Maintaining proactive client communication and meeting deadlines while leading change efforts.
