EY UAE’s ITTS practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead transfer pricing engagements and manage planning, documentation, and controversy of inter-company transactions. The role focuses on intangible property and financial system integration, requiring strong leadership and client-facing skills.

You will supervise teams, translate data into actionable analyses, and coordinate globally to deliver tailored transfer pricing services across client industries in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CMA, CMA) advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise transfer pricing engagements from inception to delivery.
• Translate data into quantitative and qualitative analyses for clients.
• Build client relationships and deliver tailored global transfer-pricing services.
• Demonstrate leadership by supervising teams and ensuring high-quality outputs.
