Job summary

Ezetop LLC in Dubai seeks a Senior Trade Platform Administrator to install, configure, and maintain MT4/MT5 and cTrader servers, ensuring high availability and low latency for trading operations.

You will collaborate with IT, Risk, and Development, automate tasks with PowerShell or Bash, monitor performance, back up data, and document configurations while staying current with platform updates and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in financial services or trading environment.
• Hands-on MT4/MT5 and cTrader administration.
• Strong MT4/MT5 integration and gateway knowledge (OneZero / Yourbourse).
• Experience with Windows-based high-availability servers.
• Proficiency in scripting using PowerShell or Bash for automation.
• Solid networking knowledge and low-latency connectivity focus.
• SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain MT4/MT5/cTrader servers for high availability and performance.
• Administer trading platform products across platforms.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, and Development for integration and rollout of new features.
• Monitor platform health, perform backups, and run diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot platform issues with vendors and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular system audits and health checks to mitigate risks.
• Manage Windows-based server environments securely and efficiently.
• Develop scripting solutions to automate recurring tasks and monitoring.
• Support and optimize network infrastructure for low latency and secure connectivity.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
• Stay updated with platform updates and regulatory requirements.
