Roseva FX in Dubai, UAE is seeking a competent MT5 Administrator to join our Dubai office. As a MetaTrader 5 System Administrator, you will ensure reliability of MT5 services, support clients worldwide, and contribute to growth as we expand on the MT5 platform.

You will manage MT5 servers, upgrades, data uploads, and daily reports; collaborate with departments and liquidity providers; maintain system health and respond to incidents with strong troubleshooting and organizational skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or IT.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Professional English written and verbal communication.
• Hands-on experience with MT5 trading platform.
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and organizational skills.
• Integrity and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software, databases, and cloud technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Install, configure, and maintain MT5 servers, operating systems, trading applications, plug-ins, and instruments.
• Manage system upgrades, document processes, and provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Perform maintenance and stress tests on systems and resolve issues.
• Upload market data into the system.

• Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Liaise with Liquidity Providers and manage net volumes daily.

About the role

We are looking for a competent MT5 Administrator to join our Dubai office of RosevaFX. As a MetaTrader 5 System Administrator, you will ensure the reliability of our services offered on the MT5 platform, where our clients trade around the clock and across the globe. You will play a key role in supporting the growth of our company as we expand our offerings on the MT5 platform.

You must be a quick professional with great time-management and multitasking abilities. The role will also provide opportunities to develop technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain MT5 servers, operating systems, trading applications, plug-ins, and instruments.
• Manage system upgrades, document processes, and provide technical support for our clients and internal departments.
• Perform maintenance and stress tests on our systems and resolve any issues.
• Upload market data into the system.

Requirements
