Job summary

A leading international law firm in Dubai is recruiting an experienced TMT Senior Associate (6–8 PQE) to join its established Dubai practice. You will advise major regional and international clients on technology transactions, complex commercial agreements, and regulatory matters across the UAE and wider Middle East.

The role offers a mix of transactional, commercial and regulatory work, with opportunities to lead on mandates, manage key client relationships, and supervise junior associates,

Qualifications

• 6–8 PQE with strong TMT technology transactions and/or regulation.
• Experience handling complex commercial contracts for technology clients.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with sophisticated clients.

Responsibilities

• Advise regional and international clients on TMT matters.
• Lead on complex mandates and high‑value technology transactions.
• Manage client relationships and supervise junior associates.
• Work closely with Dubai partners and the international network.
