Job summary

ADNOC invites an experienced Procurement and Tendering professional to support Tender Board proceedings and ensure alignment with ADNOC Procurement Guidelines and DOA.

You will coordinate with Group Procurement Operations and Group Companies Procurement teams, prepare high-level reports, and assist CEOs in reviewing submissions to drive compliant, efficient procurement outcomes across the ADNOC Group.

Qualifications

• 10 years of procurement/tendering experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Techno-commercial knowledge in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Tender Board processes and procurement governance.
• Ensure contracts and activities align with ADNOC Guidelines and DOA.
• Prepare high-level reports and management presentations for decision-making.
• Coordinate with Heads/Senior Tender Operations and Group Companies to ensure alignment across teams.
