Job summary

Confidential in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support our MVNO business. The role focuses on providing expert legal advice on commercial arrangements, telecoms regulations, and data protection compliance.

Responsibilities include leading negotiations for network access, supplier, and reseller agreements, advising on Ofcom regulations and spectrum access, and managing legal risks related to product launches and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or barrister with UK practising certificate.
• At least 7 years PQE in telecoms law.
• Experience with MVNO or MNO environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UK telecoms regulatory frameworks and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for complex contracts (network access, supplier, and reseller agreements).
