Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support its MVNO business from Dubai. The role requires a UK-qualified solicitor or barrister with substantial telecoms experience, including MVNO/MNO exposure, and deep knowledge of Ofcom regulations and GDPR.

Lead complex MVNO contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide strategic decisions across Commercial, Finance, Technology and Compliance teams. Manage disputes and mentor junior lawyers in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified solicitor or barrister with a valid UK practising certificate.
• Minimum of 7 years PQE in telecoms law with MVNO/MNO exposure preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of UK telecoms regulatory frameworks (Ofcom) and GDPR.
