Job summary

People Perfect is seeking an experienced senior engineer to oversee daily operations and maintenance of telecom power systems, coordinate projects with head office stakeholders, and drive technical specifications and timelines aligned with design standards.

The role requires 15 to 20 years in telecom and/or power industries, strong leadership in operations and project management, and solid knowledge of budget control and contract negotiations. Based in Dubai with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

Project management and team leadership required.
Experience with tendering and contract negotiations.
Budgeting, financial planning and cost control experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and telecom power systems including AC units and E&M infrastructure.
Coordinate installation and upgrade projects with Head Office consultants and contractors.
Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates and project timelines aligned with design standards.
Monitor project progress, generate reports and support resolution of technical issues.
Supervise installation testing and ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
Lead preventive maintenance activities and manage rectification of major system faults.
Contribute to strategic planning for maintenance and operations in line with regional policies
