Job summary

AG PCS SWITCHGEAR FACTORY L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Senior Testing & Commissioning Technician to support factory and site testing activities for LV switchgear and control panel projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine, pre-FAT, FAT, SAT, and final testing of LV switchgear, MCC, control panels, and associated electrical systems.
• Conduct site commissioning, troubleshooting, and functional testing activities.
• Verify wiring, protection schemes, control logic, and interlocks as per approved drawings.
• Perform insulation resistance, continuity, operational, and functional tests.
• Identify and rectify electrical and control circuit issues.
• Prepare testing documentation, reports, and inspection records.
• Coordinate with engineers, project teams, consultants, and clients during testing and commissioning activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety requirements.
• Support factory and site service activities when required.

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in testing and commissioning of LV switchgear and control panels.
• Good knowledge of electrical drawings, schematics, and testing procedures.
• Experience with FAT, SAT, and site commissioning activities.
• Familiarity with electrical testing instruments and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Work Location

• Factory and Project Sites across UAE.
