Thomson Reuters is seeking a Senior Regulatory Associate in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai) to navigate complex global e-invoicing and CTC compliance. You will monitor regulatory changes, engage with external experts, drive accreditation programs, and support product strategy with regulatory insights in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 5+ years in e-invoicing/CTC or tax tech, strong English communication, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in e-invoicing/CTC, tax technology and/or indirect tax.
Academic degree in Business, Law, Economics or similar with relevant work experience.
Fluent in both spoken and written English; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Proactively monitor and interpret global regulatory frameworks (e-invoicing, CTC, data privacy, data sovereignty, data retention).
Identify external SMEs to interpret regulatory and technical requirements accurately.
Own or co-own accreditations needed to offer services in required jurisdictions.
Support product strategy, design, and business requirements with regulatory insights.
Educate cross-functional teams on regulatory developments and impacts.
Collaborate with Marketing on thought leadership and market positioning around compliance.
Represent the company in relevant trade associations and events; engage with government bodies.
Support Sales and Professional Services in customer engagements and retention.
