Job summary

Napco National Packaging in Dubai is seeking support to ensure strict safety and quality compliance across manufacturing processes. The role covers reviewing, finalizing technical documentation, BOM and route creation, sample testing, planning coordination with production and QA, and ensuring regulatory and food safety standards are met.

The candidate will manage sample workflows, communicate with planning and logistics, and oversee safety practices, trainings, and audits to maintain product

Responsibilities

• Assist technical officer in finalizing PAF
• Review FCR and request missing information
• Create BOM & Route for FCR and sign it
• Study & compare the sample request to FCR
• Check availability of PE for sample orders and request as needed
• Issue Cliché / Cylinder request to artwork unit for sample orders and follow-up
• Create BOM & Route & test requirements for sample and get approval
• Update sample backlog
• Pass sample specs to planning for execution
• Follow up with planning, production & QA on sample execution
• Validate final sample if conforming to customer specs
• Create the TDS & Sample dispatch form and notify planning, WIP Warehouse & logistics
• Compare new sales orders to FCR & sample orders and clarify discrepancies
• Create new product’s BOM, Routes & properties for new orders
• Revise existing BOM & Route & test requirements if needed
• Perform TDS comparison upon RM testing and test properties if A4 sample is available
• Plan for testing of new RM run-ability with technical head
• Create required specs of RM for testing reference
• Update RM evaluation log and development samples index
• Follow up with planning, production & QA on RM trial execution
• Validate final RM trial result if conforming to Compact standards
• Send RM trial samples to customer for final validation if needed
• Issue RM / supplier final disposition report to update RM evaluation log
• Keep machine limitations files updated
• Ensure Compact products conform to regulatory & Food Safety requirements by testing and updating food safety team
• Issue Certificate of Conformity when required
