Job summary

Trinzic seeks a Manager Middle East Tax to lead tax matters across the Middle East region, ensuring compliance, planning, and advisory support for cross-border transactions and strategic initiatives. This role partners with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Business Development to align tax strategies with growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Tax.
• 9 years of progressive tax experience.
• Experience with international tax matters and cross-border transactions.
• Experience with corporate tax accounting and tax provision reporting.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect tax matters in the Middle East.
• Provide tax advisory on proposals and contracts.
• Review quarterly tax provisions under US GAAP.
• Coordinate with Finance to maintain internal controls.
• Oversee preparation of local country tax returns.
• Manage tax audits and disputes with advisors.
• Support tax aspects of acquisitions and restructuring.
• Lead BEPS Pillar Two and e-invoicing initiatives.
• Oversee VAT matters and cross-border tax planning.
