Job description

We are seeking a Senior Tax Manager who will manage all corporate tax aspects of our MENA and APAC operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key tax point of contact for regional teams (across finance, legal, commercial etc) to provide assurance and alignment across common workstreams.
• Implement and maintain appropriate transfer pricing policies and documentation (with support from advisers).
• Own direct tax compliance and reporting for legal entities across our MENA and APAC regions, with support from other members of the tax team and outsourced tax compliance service providers.
• Assist the business with direct tax advice on strategic projects (such as international expansion and new products) on an ad-hoc basis.
• Close collaboration with the Tax team on automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy of tax processes.
• Support other group-led tasks such as Pillar 2, Country-by-country reporting and cash tax management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified accountant / tax adviser.
• 8+ years of tax experience in a multinational organisation (preferably in financial services and in-house).
• Extensive corporate and international tax knowledge for MENA or APAC (both is a nice to have).
• Thrives in a dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt and prioritise accordingly.
• Brings an enthusiastic, open-minded and hands-on approach to tasks on a daily basis.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to support members of the Tax team as well as building strong relationships across the business.
