You will draft pleadings, coordinate with internal teams and external counsel, and stay ahead of regulatory developments to protect client interests in both local and international contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in tax litigation, preferably in UAE or Middle East.
• Law degree from a recognized university and admission to practice.
• Deep understanding of UAE tax laws, regulations, and judicial processes.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills for complex cases.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
