Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven experience in tax litigation.
• Experience in the UAE or Middle East region is preferred.
• Deep understanding of UAE tax laws and judicial processes.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with ability to manage complex cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert tax litigation advice to clients across industries.
• Represent clients in disputes, negotiations, audits, and appeals.
• Draft and review pleadings and related legal documents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on strategy.
• Stay updated with UAE and international tax developments.
• Lead and mentor junior lawyers and support staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships with timely communication.
