Job summary

Flying Colour Business Setup Services L.L.C. is seeking an experienced accounting and tax professional to manage VAT and Corporate Tax compliance for a diverse client portfolio.

You will oversee a team, ensure accuracy of financial reports, and serve as the primary liaison for local and international clients. The role requires strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with a focus on timely filings and high service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of total professional experience, UAE preferred.
• Experience handling multiple clients in accounting, tax, audit or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Good communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare review and ensure accuracy of financial statements and reports.
• Manage UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and other compliance for ~100 clients.
• Supervise and review work of internal execution teams for accuracy and quality.
• Respond to client queries and provide timely solutions; ensure timely filings.

Job description

Prepare review and ensure the accuracy of accounting statements financial reports and tax-related documents Manage accounting VAT Corporate Tax and other compliance requirements for a portfolio of approximately 100 clients Supervise and review the work of internal execution teams to maintain accuracy quality and compliance Act as the primary point of contact for local and international clients regarding accounting taxation and audit requirements Understand client requirements respond to queries and provide timely solutions Ensure timely filing of tax returns and completion of accounting and compliance assignments within deadlines Stay updated on UAE VAT Corporate Tax and other applicable tax regulations Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and high client satisfaction Support management in process improvement team coordination and maintaining service quality standards Identify discrepancies resolve accounting issues and ensure proper documentation and record maintenance CA / CPA / CMA / ACCA — Intermediate or Qualified.

Minimum 3 years of total professional experience in the home country. Candidates with at least 1 year of UAE experience are preferred; freshers may also be considered. Prior experience in an accounting, tax, audit, or consulting firm is mandatory. Experience handling multiple clients and managing diverse accounting and taxation requirements is essential.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax.
• Good understanding of UAE tax compliance and filing requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong client relationship management, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.
• Ability to supervise, review, and guide team members effectively.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Working Days & Hours

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Sunday: Weekly off
