Agoda in Bangkok seeks a Senior Consultant, People Development & Performance to join a driven, multinational team. You will partner with HRBPs, business leaders and colleagues to understand business needs and support talent priorities, including capabilities, pipelines and organizational structures.

This role uses processes, systems and data-driven insights to analyze talent needs, inform decisions and connect priorities with future business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic/management consulting or talent management within a multinational.
• Strong project management, ability to plan, track progress and deliver on time.
• Acute business acumen; understand org structures and execution.
• Experience facilitating discussions and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives with measurable progress and impact.
• Data-driven approach with actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Nice to have expertise in succession planning, talent reviews or people analytics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment with humility and flexibility.
• Interest in AI and willingness to experiment to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to understand business needs and talent priorities.
• Drive ongoing performance management by coordinating activities and monitoring progress.
• Use data to identify talent patterns, risks and opportunities and share insights.
• Prepare analyses on talent priorities: pipelines, succession, development needs.
• Support design, improvement and delivery of talent practices and tools.
• Facilitate talent and performance discussions with HRBPs and leaders.
• Develop practical guidance, tools and ways of working to simplify talent processes.
