Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic/management consulting or talent management within a multinational
• Strong project management with ability to plan, track, and deliver
• Acute business acumen and understanding of org structures and execution
• Excellent communication and ability to present insights to stakeholders
• Experience coordinating multiple initiatives with measurable impact

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to understand business needs and talent priorities
• Coordinate performance management processes and timelines
• Use data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities and provide insights
• Analyze talent priorities, succession, and development needs for key roles
• Support design and delivery of talent practices and tools to simplify processes
• Lead talent and performance discussions with stakeholders
• Develop practical guidance and scalable ways of working for talent processes
