Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager based in Bangkok to lead cross-functional strategy and complex programs from ideation to measurable impact. You will work with teams across Tech, Marketing, Supply, Legal and Finance, presenting to senior stakeholders and driving initiatives that transform Agoda's third-party accommodation supply business.

You will rely on strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to move fast in a dynamic travel tech environment.

Qualifications

7+ years leading cross-functional strategy or programs end-to-end.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with data tooling knowledge.
Strong critical thinking, strategic thinking and problem-solving.
Fluent English with stakeholder management.
Own initiatives end-to-end from idea to execution.
Independent and self-driven.
Able to move fast and adapt.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic projects end-to-end from ideation to impact.
Collaborate with Tech, Marketing, Supply, Legal, Finance and present to senior stakeholders.
Drive initiatives to grow Travel Distribution business.
Build business cases for new commercial initiatives.
Support account management with tools and processes.
Roll out new API connectivity features to partners.
Credit risk management.
Maintain control frameworks and SLAs.
Manage cross-department stakeholders.
