Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting or talent management experience.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degrees welcome.
• Strong PM, ability to plan, prioritize, track progress, and deliver results.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures relate to execution.
• Experience facilitating discussions and presenting insights to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to support the development and coordination of multiple initiatives with measurable impact.
• Ability to analyze business challenges with a data-driven approach and advise leaders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs, business leaders, and colleagues to understand business needs and support talent priorities.
• Coordinate ongoing performance management activities and monitor progress.
• Use data to identify talent patterns, risks, and opportunities and develop practical insights.
• Prepare analyses on talent priorities, including pipelines, succession, and development needs.
• Support design, improvement, and delivery of talent practices and tools.
• Facilitate talent and performance discussions with stakeholders.
• Help develop guidance, tools, and ways of working for consistent talent processes.
