Job summary

Rowad Modern Engineering in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for key projects. You will collaborate with hiring managers, create job ads, source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.

You need a Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration and 5+ years in talent acquisition; construction industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition; construction industry experience is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in competency-based interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
• Create and post job advertisements on job boards and company career pages.
• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Facilitate a smooth interview process including scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate records and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in employer branding and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
• Prepare offer letters and support onboarding with HR operations.
