Job summary

Global Software Solutions Group in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior BI Engineer - Tableau Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise Tableau solutions that translate complex business data into intuitive, scalable dashboards for strategic and operational decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in BI, data visualization, or analytics engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on Tableau development in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise reporting and data governance.
• Strong SQL development and data modeling skills.
• Experience with cloud-based BI platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, workbooks, and data sources.
• Build interactive, high-performing dashboards for data-driven decisions.
• Develop and optimize: Calculated Fields, LOD Expressions, Table Calculations, Parameters, Dashboard Actions.
• Connect Tableau to multiple data sources including SQL databases and enterprise warehouses.
• Publish and manage Tableau content on Server and Cloud.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to improve pipelines and performance.
• Ensure dashboards follow governance and accessibility standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.
