ARENGY is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer (Systems) to join a leading international engineering and technology organization delivering large-scale mobility projects in the UAE. You will focus on planning and scheduling of complex integrated electromechanical systems, coordinating with engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning teams to ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
Minimum 6-7 years of planning experience in systems, technical systems, or systems integration projects.
Strong expertise in Primavera P6 is mandatory.
Solid understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and planning best practices.
Experience coordinating schedules across engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, and project execution plans.
Monitor progress against baselines and identify schedule variances.
Produce weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
Perform critical path analysis, schedule impact analysis, and forecast completion dates.
Coordinate with project managers and engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning teams.
