Job summary

KATIM, an EDGE Group company, seeks a seasoned Systems Engineer to lead complex defence communications and C2 system integrations. You will coordinate hardware, software, networks and platforms across air, land, maritime and joint environments.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years in defence/system integration, with proven ability to drive interfaces, testing and interoperability across multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and 12+ years in defence/system integration.
• Proven experience integrating complex hardware and distributed systems.
• Experience with platform integration and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration activities for Defence Communications and C2 systems.
• Define and manage interfaces and interoperability.
• Lead integration testing, troubleshooting, and readiness activities.
• Support platform integration trials and field deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and platform teams.
