List International Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior System Analyst (L3) to analyze, design, develop, integrate, troubleshoot and support business-critical applications. The role requires hands-on experience with XML, APIs, PostgreSQL and general DBMS management.

You will lead L3-level technical resolution, collaborate across tech teams, and drive system performance, security and scalability improvements in a real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in System Analysis, Software Development, Application Support, or related technical role.
• Proven experience in Real Estate industry mandatory.
• Senior/L3 level experience in technical support or system analysis.
• Hands-on experience with XML and API technologies.
• Strong PostgreSQL experience and DBMS knowledge.
• Solid understanding of system integration, data flow, APIs and troubleshooting.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; UAE Emirates ID valid.

Responsabilités

• Analyze complex business and system requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain enterprise applications and systems.
• Provide L3 technical support for critical applications, integrations, DBMS, and system issues.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, QA, business and other teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze API requests/responses, integration failures, data flows, and authentication issues.
• Develop, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL queries and processes.
• Review logs and system behavior to diagnose issues; participate in upgrades, migrations and deployments.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
