Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
Professional registration or chartership preferred.
Experience in power/water utilities is essential.

Responsibilities

Act as technical advisor for Utilities & SWRO during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation.
Lead technical due diligence and verify compliance with project requirements.
Identify risks and deviations; prepare clarifications.
Support technical evaluation and contribute to contract schedules.
Assist in negotiations and interface obligations.
