Job summary

Egis Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a senior technical advisor for Utilities and SWRO scope to support developer bid reviews, RFPs and specifications. You will lead due diligence, verify compliance with project and off-taker requirements, identify risks and prepare clarifications to aid technical evaluation and contract negotiations.

The role entails shaping contract schedules, addressing deviations, and providing expert input throughout the procurement process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline.
• Professional registration chartership or OEM/utility/off-taker experience preferred.

Required Experience

• 10 years in power/water utilities SWRO desalination industrial water treatment owners engineer or EPC review role

Technical Expertise

• SWRO process; seawater intake/outfall; pretreatment; UF/RO; remineralization; demin water; potable/service/fire water; cooling water; wastewater; chemical dosing; utility consumption; environmental discharge. WHO/GCC potable water guidelines as applicable RO membrane vendor standards environmental discharge permits NFPA for fire water API/ASME where applicable

Commercial/Contract Awareness

• Ability to read and comment on IPP/PPA/EPC technical schedules guarantees LD-linked performance clauses interface obligations acceptance testing requirements and developer deviations
