Job summary
Egis, a leading engineering and project management firm, seeks an experienced supervisor for on-site supervision of SCADA/OT and telecom projects in the GCC/UAE. You will structure and draft RFPs, coordinate architect inputs, and define evaluation criteria, scoring matrices, BOQs and pricing schedules, then support bid evaluation.
The role requires GCC/UAE site experience and a track record of FAT/SAT leadership, with a focus on delivering compliant, competitive proposals.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical/Control/Telecom Engineering.
- 10+ years on site-based supervision of SCADA/OT/control-centre or telecom projects.
- Proven FAT/SAT and cutover leadership.
- GCC/UAE site experience.
