Qualifications

• 12+ years in IPP procurement and PPA technical schedules.
• Experience with owner’s engineer, utility/off-taker advisory, or EPC contract management.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; professional registration or chartership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical advisor for PPA specialist / IPP contract scope during developer bid review and RFP/specification preparation.
• Lead technical due diligence, verify compliance with project/off-taker requirements, identify risks and deviations, and prepare clarifications.
• Support technical evaluation and contribute to contract schedules and negotiation support.
