Job summary

Arcera Life Sciences in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to lead demand and supply planning, inventory control, and S&OP activities for the GCC market. You will balance supply and demand, manage the order book, and optimize stock across multiple sites.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and regional teams to drive accurate forecasts, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely launches of new products while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years supply chain experience.
• Strong SAP knowledge and hands-on forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to interpret data and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end demand activities to ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels.
• Develop accurate demand forecasts with inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Consolidate demand forecasts and update SAP in a timely manner.
• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy and inventory coverage; drive corrective actions.
• Manage finished goods ordering and ensure timely supply from sources.
• Collaborate with Regulatory and Regional Supply teams to mitigate disruptions.
• Lead supply chain activities for new product launches and optimize stock levels.
• Analyze inventory aging, slow-moving stock, and implement actions to minimize exposure.
• Prepare monthly IMS/TMS outlooks and conduct demand-supply reconciliation.
• Monitor distributor inventories and manage risk with proactive actions.
