FSRA – Abu Dhabi Global Market is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Supervision Section's objectives, develop and implement frameworks, policies, rules, and procedures for governing financial institutions, and oversee compliance through ongoing risk assessments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree and 6–8 years in financial supervision (ideally in insurance); strong knowledge of insurance regulations and financial crime controls; fluent business English; and excellent

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 6-8 years of experience in financial supervision or industry experience in financial sectors (ideally insurance).
• Strong knowledge of insurance sector regulations, products, and market practices.
• Knowledge of Financial Crime prevention regulations and requirements.
• Fluent in business English.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the implementation of short- and long-term objectives of the Supervision Section.
• Develop, enhance, and implement frameworks, policies, rules, and procedures for governing financial institutions.
• Supervise firms' compliance with relevant rules and regulations through periodic impact and risk assessments.
• Execute supervisory work plans, including planning reviews and communicating recommendations.
• Analyze the prudential condition of assigned institutions and their compliance with Financial Crime Prevention frameworks.
• Take prompt action against identified deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
• Build relationships with regulated institutions and internal/external stakeholders.
• Participate in allocated projects and liaise with other FSRA groups.
