Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced welder to join our construction team. You will weld steel components using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW and read blueprints to ensure accuracy.

You will perform pre-weld inspections, operate and maintain equipment, and adhere to safety and quality standards. A high school diploma and welding certifications are required or preferred, with at least 3 years in structural welding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on structural steel welding experience.
• Vocational welding certificate preferred.
• AWS and/or ASME certifications preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Expertly weld steel components using SMAW, GMAW, FCAW to standards.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols for precise welds.
• Perform pre-weld inspections and ensure material quality.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and perform basic maintenance.
