Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of ME experience including 5-6 years experience in UAE working in an international consultant environment.
• Healthcare project experience is an advantage (Hospitals, Clinics, or Laboratories).
• Ability to review and comment properly on necessary documentation.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the structural works for conformance with the contract documents.
• Reviewing, approving and processing all structural technical submittals.
• Answering RFIs related to Structure and Architecture.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge in exterior envelope details and material interface

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Good knowledge in UAE building codes

Education
