Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking a Senior Formwork Design Engineer to oversee and lead the design of formwork and scaffolding solutions for construction projects in Dubai. The role demands a strong technical background with at least 10 years of experience in formwork design, alongside excellent skills in supervision and coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in formwork or temporary works design.
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D and 3D design preparation.
• Advanced knowledge of proprietary formwork systems such as PERI, Doka, or similar systems.
• Demonstrated leadership experience supervising engineering teams or design staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop safe and economical formwork, shoring, and scaffolding design solutions.
• Produce and oversee general arrangement drawings and engineering models.
• Ensure design outputs comply with engineering standards and project specifications.
• Attend technical coordination meetings with project teams.
• Supervise and review work of junior engineers and designers.
