Job summary

Parsons Corporation seeks a Structural Engineer for site supervision in Dubai, UAE. The role oversees bridge, viaduct, and underpass construction, reviews drawings and submissions, ensures quality and safety, and coordinates with engineers, inspectors and contractors on a demanding infrastructure program.

The candidate will support Resident Engineer, monitor progress, and assist with handover of completed works, drawing on 10+ years in related supervision and Gulf-region experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in supervision of bridges and underpasses.
Gulf region project experience preferred.
Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Report to the Resident Engineer and supervise bridges, viaducts, and related structural works.
Verify compliance with approved drawings, specs, and project requirements on site.
Provide on-site technical direction within the structural scope.
Coordinate supervision activities with project team and contractors.
Identify and help resolve construction-related technical issues.
Support quality and progress monitoring of structural works.
Assist with documentation and site instruction preparation.
