Job summary

Parsons Corporation in Dubai seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to manage lifecycle care of bridges, viaducts and tunnels, including design review, construction supervision, inspection and rehabilitation.

You will lead technical reviews, coordinate with client representatives, and supervise a team of engineers to ensure safety, compliance and durable infrastructure in the UAE. The role requires 15+ years of related experience and a strong command of English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience involving bridges and tunnels.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Gulf-region or UAE engineering consultancy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Resident Engineer and supervise bridge, viaduct, tunnel works.
• Coordinate maintenance, rehabilitation, and reconstruction activities.
• Review design proposals, shop drawings, method statements, and submittals.
• Lead site inspections and provide technical guidance.
• Convene coordination meetings with contractors and authorities.
