Job summary
Parsons is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer for roads and bridges in Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on senior technical leadership and construction supervision across bridge, viaduct, and related infrastructure works, coordinating with Resident Engineers and site teams to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Ideal candidates hold a Civil/Structural Engineering degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of construction methods, and proficient English communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience supervising bridges, roads, and major infrastructure.
- Strong English written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Supervise bridge, viaduct, road construction and related works.
- Review shop drawings, method statements and submissions.
- Coordinate daily activities with engineers, inspectors and surveyors.
- Prepare and issue technical comments for approval.
- Maintain accurate daily diaries and inspection reports.
- Coordinate with design engineers to resolve issues.
- Monitor safety and quality on site.
- Support reporting and handover documentation.
