Key Responsibilities

• Support the Resident Engineer in supervising bridge, viaduct, and infrastructure construction works
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction supervision teams
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and design submissions for bridge works
• Liaise with design engineers to resolve technical and execution-related issues
• Maintain daily site reports, inspection logs, and documentation records
• Coordinate contractor activities including scheduling and resource allocation
• Supervise inspectors and surveyors to ensure performance and compliance standards
• Conduct coordination meetings with contractors, subcontractors, and authorities
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of construction and inspection records
• Monitor and enforce safety standards across all site activities
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports
• Verify completed works and track progress against project schedules
• Ensure preparation and accuracy of as-built drawings and project documentation
• Support final project handover and coordinate approvals with relevant authorities

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university
