Job summary

Tawzif is actively seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join a prestigious Abu Dhabi project. The role demands extensive UAE experience in structural engineering, site supervision, and the delivery of large-scale construction initiatives.

You will oversee structural activities, review drawings and submittals, ensure compliance with UAE building codes, and coordinate with project stakeholders through the lifecycle to manage complex engineering challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of structural engineering and site supervision experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and Abu Dhabi authority requirements.
• Experience with RC, structural steel, foundations and post-tension systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee structural engineering activities and site operations throughout project execution.
• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, submittals and RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and Abu Dhabi regulations.
• Monitor structural quality, safety and engineering standards on-site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide technical guidance during all construction phases.
