Job summary

DISCOVERED in Abu Dhabi is seeking a strategy and PMO professional to shape high-impact initiatives across strategy development, operating models and government-facing programs. You will perform market sizing, financial modelling, and business case work, translating analysis into practical recommendations for senior leadership.

You will work closely with government and semi-government stakeholders, design operating models, build Power BI dashboards, define KPIs and present to executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience across strategy consulting, management consulting, PMO, corporate strategy or a similar advisory environment.
• Strong hands-on financial modelling experience, including business cases, feasibility, valuations, scenario analysis or investment modelling.
• Experience working with government or semi-government stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to turn complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Arabic language skills are essential for this role.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with Power BI experience also useful.
• Experience across strategy development, operating models, market research and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy development, operating model design, financial analysis and PMO delivery.

Job description

This is a chance to work at the centre of strategy, government engagement and real estate transformation inside a leading Abu Dhabi organisation.
You’ll work directly with senior leadership and the CEO on high-impact initiatives, helping shape new ventures, assess commercial opportunities and support government-facing transformation programmes from strategy through to execution.
It’s a role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, but also wants to stay close enough to the business to see those recommendations implemented.

The role

You’ll work across strategy development, operating model design, financial analysis and PMO delivery, supporting a mix of internal ventures and external government mandates.
That will include market sizing, benchmarking, demand assessments, business cases, pricing strategies, valuations and scenario modelling, with a strong focus on turning analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
You’ll also support operational consulting engagements with government and semi-government stakeholders, identifying performance gaps, developing corrective frameworks and building practical implementation roadmaps.
A big part of the role will be translating complex data into something decision-makers can act on. You’ll work closely with Data Science teams, build and interpret Power BI dashboards, define KPIs and create executive and board-level presentations for senior leadership.
This is not a pure strategy role. You’ll be involved from initial analysis and business case through to implementation, performance tracking and delivery.

What we're looking for
