The role suits a strategist from a top-tier consultancy with deep financial services knowledge, capable of turning analysis into executive recommendations and driving execution at the highest level.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy consulting at a top-tier firm or equivalent in-house strategy experience
• Deep knowledge of financial services (banking, insurance, asset management or payments)
• Track record of leading complex strategy engagements to executive recommendations
• Strong financial modelling and commercial analysis skills
• Exceptional communicator capable of operating at C-suite and Board level

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy projects across the Group's financial services portfolio
• Build business cases and investment recommendations for the CEO and executive committee
• Support M&A and partnership activity from screening to integration planning
• Track regional and global financial services trends and translate them into priorities
• Work with business unit leaders to turn strategy into execution plans with measurable outcomes
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and the Board
