Job summary

ADNOC Group seeks a seasoned procurement professional to lead category management activities across multiple ADNOC Group companies. You will drive end-to-end sourcing, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement category strategies aligned with business goals.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation and project management skills, with extensive experience in oil & gas procurement and proficiency in SAP Ariba and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 6 years of relevant experience in Procurement, with 3 years in Category Management, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Strong analytical, commercial analysis and negotiation capabilities.
• Proficient with SAP Ariba / procurement tools and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Category Management Teams (10–30 members) across ADNOC Group.
• Manage end-to-end Tender process, from EOI to award.
• Collaborate with Market Intelligence to optimize spend and supplier relations.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC Group Contracts and Category Management procedures.
