Job summary

ADNOC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Category Management professional to lead end-to-end sourcing across strategic categories, coordinating cross-functional teams of 10–30 members and applying ADNOC’s category management procedures to drive value.

You will collaborate with Market Intelligence to reduce spend, manage supplier relationships, and oversee tender and contract processes from EOIs to awards, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Implement Category Management for nominated categories.
• Establish cross-functional Integrated Category Management Teams with 10–30 members per category.
• Apply procurement best practices and evaluation criteria across tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead category tender processes from expression of interest to award.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and align with stakeholders.
• Develop and implement category strategies to generate value and savings.
• Review terms, conditions and KPIs to drive supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Market Intelligence on supplier market trends.
