Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead cross‑functional, strategic procurement categories across the ADNOC Group. You will drive end‑to‑end category management from strategy development to supplier performance management, enabling multi‑billion‑dollar savings and value delivery.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and ensure alignment with ADNOC ESG and operational excellence initiatives while guiding tendering, contracting, and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, preferably in Oil & Gas.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; excellent negotiation and contract skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex, strategic categories in parallel with limited supervision.
• Accountable for the full Category Management lifecycle from strategy to supplier management.
• Collaborate with planning, P2P, warehousing and ICV to identify synergies.
• Lead efficiency workshops with suppliers to unlock incremental value.
• Represent the Sector in communications with the Manager when requested.
• Support cross-functional Category Management Teams to develop category strategies.
• Plan and execute strategies aligning with global categories and spend analysis.
