Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Construction/Infrastructure) for UAE-Dubai, focused on Water and Wastewater treatment project delivery. You will oversee end-to-end STP site execution, support design/documentation, and ensure milestones, budget, and quality targets are met.

A background in engineering and strong leadership are essential. The role requires 12–15 years of experience in STP projects, with readiness to work on-site full time and manage multi-disciplinary teams

Qualifications

Must have strong project management experience in STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) projects.
Excellent technical oversight and ability to coordinate design, construction, and commissioning.
Strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Plan and baselined project program; coordinate with client on technical and commercial matters.
Prepare and submit project plans, monitor progress, and take corrective actions to meet milestones.
Oversee engineering documents: submittals, shop drawings, method statements, P&IDs, BEP.
Derive and verify BOQ; coordinate material procurement and MIRs; ensure timely deliveries.
Plan resources, supervise site activities, ensure quality and safety compliance.
Coordinate testing, commissioning plans, and handover documentation; obtain approvals.
Prepare and submit payment applications; monitor costs and maintain profitability.
